Designing more human ways to live, work, lead, and connect.

(M)othershift builds more human culture— rooted in creativity, care, reflection, and connection.

We design experiences that help individuals and teams navigate transition, strengthen culture, and build more sustainable workplaces.

We're also home to the Lifelong Learner Library, a growing collection of self-paced courses for navigating life's shifts — no org budget required.

Consulting. Convening. Workshops. Events.

Seeing burnout, disengagement, and turnover—especially among caregivers, educators, and mission-driven professionals?

Sustainable workplace culture is no longer optional—it’s a retention strategy.
