Our culture doesn’t offer much guidance for life’s biggest transitions. Whether you’re grieving, shifting identities, becoming a parent, or letting go of a role you once held—it’s common to feel unmoored. Traditional tools like therapy and medication are vital for many, but sometimes what’s really missing is something older: reflection, ritual, and a sense of being witnessed.

(M)othershift offers one-on-one support rooted in storytelling, research, and care. Together, we create meaningful space for change—whether you need help processing something hard, marking a milestone, or making sense of your next chapter.
